A striking Halloween ecommerce experience and digital campaign from our sister company Gladeye, flowing from social ads, to hyper-personalized website, to poster purchase.
ID was a gothic personality quiz about summoning dark forces from within… unleashing awesome transformations from horror fan to horror icon.
Powered by the HyperEngine, we brought each personalised demon to life with unique presence and attitude. Blended with retro fashion vibes, Inner Demons invited visitors into a cinematic world charged with playful danger.

The playful personality quiz sorted users into demon archetypes: Keeper, Frenzy, Gifted, or Slasher, shaping unique scenes, characters and graphical elements.
Introverted, detail-driven profiles become the Keeper cloaked in deep purples, while extroverted, emotional types erupted into the wild-eyed Frenzy aglow in crimson.
Transformations began with a magazine-worthy portrait inspired by vintage fashion photography from the 60s and 70s. Star signs add a layer of personal resonance - and arcane astrological symbolism.
Together with the uploaded photo to create a unique data fingerprint driving costume choices, props, color intensity, and "power effects" as each visitor unleashed their inner demon.
Gladeye wanted each transformation to feel story-driven, powerful 5 second narratives.
We began them with the visitor's eyes lighting up, the glow building until it erupts in a wave of energy across the frame. Electric crimsons, deep purples, and ethereal blues surge with mist or electricity as graphics flow into place and gothic type rises around the avatars.
Clothes harden into costumes, props appear, hair falls dramatically, and blood pours with wild abandon. It feels like a moment of release, as the visitor finally lets their demon inside take the reins!
With HyperEngine our studio can orchestrate creative workflows that chain generative models, VFX, and graphic design layers - into literally any configuration.
In Inner Demons users submit their photo, the system crops and analyses it with vision LLM, builds a base image with masking techniques and auto-edits to add personalized details. It assembles their digital poster, feeds it into the animation pipeline, and runs a likeness check against the original photo.
We harnessed Ideogram for generation, Nano Banana for precise edits, and ComfyUI for poster layout and motion. The final character has graphic elements placed in both the foreground and background via masking and edge detection, with precise placement of typography and those sweet occult "greebles".
The end result… strikingly beautiful, twisted posters of your ultimate Halloween character.
